No riding lessons today. Instead, Hannah and I will be at my boss’ house going over the care and feeding of her critters. I’ll be housitting for a few days next month and you bet there will be photos of her zoo crew to share then.
She makes being a Diva look good.

As a pet owner, when the care and cleaning and feeding and cleaning really start to get to you, and you too often find yourself saying Stephanie, for the love of all that is good, could you at least aim for the tile floor when you decide to heave your breakfast?!?
And then there are the moments when you’re struck by how amazing it is to share your home with another species. I mean, it’s really quite awesome when you think about it, and it’s those moments that make it all worth it.

The Indoor Cat Initiative
We created the Indoor Cat Initiative to enrich the lives of indoor cats. We believe that indoor enrichment is as important as an excellent diet and health care. To that end, we have provided the areas listed on the left side of this page to explain what it means to be a cat, help get you off to the right start, introduce you to the things indoor cats need, help you troubleshoot problems, and show you where to get more information.
